These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ollerton Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

A non-refundable consultation fee of £40 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • This fee is redeemable against the cost of treatment if you proceed.
  • If you do not proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is retained to cover the cost of your appointment time.

A £40 consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This reflects the time allocated for your appointment and the clinical assessment, advice and treatment planning provided.

If you decide to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee will be redeemed against the cost of your treatment, provided the treatment is carried out within 8 weeks of your consultation.

If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee will remain non-refundable and cannot be transferred to product purchases.

Treatment Deposits:

A booking deposit is required to secure any treatment appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is deducted from your final balance on the day of treatment.

Line softening (Botox®) appointments require a higher deposit, as this treatment involves a prescription only medicine written specifically for you after your consultation and medical assessment.

If you book your next appointment during a treatment visit and a deposit is not taken at that time, a payment link will be emailed to you 2 weeks before your appointment. This must be paid to secure your booking.

For treatments involving prescription only medicines, the prescription is only written once the booking is confirmed, so the appointment cannot be finalised until the deposit is paid.

If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred once when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

You can reschedule easily using the reschedule button included in your appointment confirmation email.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited, as the clinical time has been specifically reserved for you.

Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require the appointment to be rescheduled. Deposits and consultation fees remain non-refundable in this situation.

All treatments are subject to clinical suitability, as assessed by the practitioner during consultation. If you are not deemed suitable for treatment, we will explain the reasons why and, where appropriate, offer alternative options.

Payment for treatments is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless agreed otherwise.

  • We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
  • Consultation fees already paid will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

While we aim to achieve the best possible results for each patient, treatment outcomes can vary. No guarantees can be made regarding specific results. A full explanation of expected results, risks, and aftercare will be provided during consultation.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session.
  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.

You must provide full and accurate medical information during your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in complications or the refusal of treatment.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will apply to all future bookings.

We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required before treatment. If a patient is found to have provided false information, treatment will be refused, and the consultation fee forfeited.

Patients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided following treatment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of complications. Follow-up appointments are available where necessary and at the discretion of the practitioner.

We aim to deliver a high standard of care and patient satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please notify us in writing within 7 days of your appointment. We will investigate and respond in line with our complaints policy.

With your written consent, we take clinical photographs for your medical record and, separate consent, for marketing purposes (e.g., website or social media). You may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.

It is your responsibility to inform us of all allergies, medical conditions, and medications before undergoing treatment. While rare, adverse reactions can occur. We will provide appropriate aftercare and medical advice if necessary.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any stage if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or if staff feel unsafe or mistreated.
