Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Ollerton Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Consultation Fee
A non-refundable consultation fee of £40 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- This fee is redeemable against the cost of treatment if you proceed.
- If you do not proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is retained to cover the cost of your appointment time.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your consultation fee is non-refundable.
- You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Further rescheduling or failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of your consultationfee.
3. Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to clinical suitability, as assessed by the practitioner during consultation. If you are not deemed suitable for treatment, we will explain the reasons why and, where appropriate, offer alternative options.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for treatments is due in full at the time of your appointment, unless agreed otherwise.
- We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
- Consultation fees already paid will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
5. Results and Expectations
While we aim to achieve the best possible results for each patient, treatment outcomes can vary. No guarantees can be made regarding specific results. A full explanation of expected results, risks, and aftercare will be provided during consultation.
6. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session.
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.
7. Medical Information
You must provide full and accurate medical information during your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in complications or the refusal of treatment.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
9. Age Restrictions
We do not treat anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be required before treatment. If a patient is found to have provided false information, treatment will be refused, and the consultation fee forfeited.
10. Aftercare and Follow-Up
Patients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided following treatment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of complications. Follow-up appointments are available where necessary and at the discretion of the practitioner.
11. Complaints Procedure
We aim to deliver a high standard of care and patient satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please notify us in writing within 7 days of your appointment. We will investigate and respond in line with our complaints policy.
12. Photography & Marketing
With your written consent, we take clinical photographs for your medical record and, separate consent, for marketing purposes (e.g., website or social media). You may withdraw this consent at any time in writing.
13. Allergies and Reactions
It is your responsibility to inform us of all allergies, medical conditions, and medications before undergoing treatment. While rare, adverse reactions can occur. We will provide appropriate aftercare and medical advice if necessary.
14. Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any stage if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or if staff feel unsafe or mistreated.
